  Lead the bar program, elevate guest experiences, mentor junior bartenders.

• Assistant Manager — $3,700–$4,200
  Drive daily service excellence, team leadership, guest relations, and floor ops.

• Supervisor — $3,200–$3,500
  Coordinate shifts, uphold standards, support training and smooth service flow.

• Server — $2,000–$2,500
  Be the face of Liberty—warm, attentive service that creates memorable moments.
   

Kitchen

• Sous Chef — $3,500–$4,200
  Support menu execution, consistency, and kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef.

• Chef de Partie — $2,400–$3,000
  Run your station with precision; maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness.
